What counts as a scan?

One AI measurement run on one job. Drawing a boundary by hand, editing it afterwards, re-opening a finished job and exporting to CSV are all free — you're only charged when the AI does the work.

What happens if I run out mid-month?

Your automated scans will pause until your monthly allowance resets. Need more immediately? You can purchase a one-time 'Top-Up Pack' or upgrade your plan. You will always retain full access to your previously measured jobs and the manual measurement tools, regardless of your scan balance.

How accurate is it?

Roof measurements are highly precise, drawing on advanced topography and elevation data. Ground surfaces — like driveways and lawns — are also highly accurate, provided the satellite view isn't obstructed by heavy tree cover, deep shadows, or poor weather conditions in the imagery. That said, SquareRate is an estimating aid built on aerial imagery, not a substitute for physical verification — check anything critical on site before you commit to a number. Can I cancel?

Cancel anytime from your account and keep access until your current billing period ends. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment, provided you haven't used more than 25 automated scans.
